Why Now?
Instead of birthday gifts this year, I'm asking for something that creates real change: help me fund college coaching scholarships for students who deserve better than what I experienced.
As a biracial student from a working middle-class family navigating primarily white, affluent educational spaces, I saw too much misinformation and too many people telling students like me what we couldn't accomplish. No student should have to navigate college applications with paralyzing uncertainty or fear they're doing it wrong. Through RAFA, I'm creating the authentic support I wish I'd had in a effort to change the narrative for other students like me.

This birthday campaign runs through Labor Day - with student scholarship applications and enrollment opening September 1st!

- $25-50: Application materials and strategy support
- $100-300: Essay development and interview preparation
- $750: Complete group coaching scholarship for one student
No donation amount is too small since every dollar contributed removes barriers for student and their families who need it most.
What Happens Next
- Summer: Building scholarship funding through community support
- Labor Day: Student scholarship applications and enrollment open
- Fall: Coaching begins for scholarship recipients and enrolled students
